Overview
Description
A jacket with integrated EM shielding, heat signature dampening, voice modulation collar insert and face recognition obfuscation.
Technical Goals
A garment that functions as a barrier to EHF radio frequencies, infra-red signature, voice signature and facial recognition. In addition it should be waterproof, breathable, and relatively inconspicuous. The RF-shielded liner will block remote communication with any wireless device protected by the garment. While the intent is to block as wide a spectrum as possible, effectively as possible, it may be necessary to prioritize against the most common types of "off the wall" electronic surveilance: RFID, Cell, GPS, etc. The IR signature of the wearer can not be completely dampened, but it may be reduced significantly.
